The Site is a service provided by the Hydroheart Association, a non-profit Association established under Swiss law (“Hydroheart”).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Switzerland. You submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the City of Zurich (Switzerland) and the venue of its courts for the resolution of any disputes related in any way to your visit to and the use of this Site.
